Organized by EnsadLab (Paris), ESPCI (Paris), Humboldt Univeritat (Berlin) and MPI Colloids and Interface (Potsdam), the conference “The Fold”, taking place in Paris on September 20-21th, aims to bring together two different disciplines: Mechanics and morphogenesis of (bio)-materials on the one hand and Philosophy on the other hand.
