After an exciting week, the first SOFTWEAR Training school came to an end! Thank you, CY Paris Cergy University for hosting! 32 attendees enjoyed 20 lectures and 2 workshops covering the fundamentals of materials and approaches to soft actuators and wearables. Together with 11 SOFTWEAR PhD students who attended the Training School, we enjoyed team building events and a gala dinner. In addition, it was our pleasure to welcome 12 (non SOFTWEAR) attendees! The event was convened by Giao Tran Minh Nguyen as part of the EU-funded SOFTWEAR doctoral network of which the Soft Matters research group is one of the main beneficiaryies. We are looking forward to seeing you at our next SOFTWEAR Training School 2 in August in Borås
